This year is extra special as we celebrate our 15th birthday by going back to where it all began. 2025 sees the FRAs return to Manchester for the biggest mortgage awards event the north has ever seen, and we can’t wait to welcome the very best in mortgages and specialist lending to this beautiful city and the powerhouse of the north.

Our home for 2025 – Freight Island – is an easily accessible venue that allows for a creative and multi-layered awards experience. Just a 5-minute walk from Piccadilly Station, it’s a space that not only highlights all the wonderful things about Manchester but also one in which we can recognise the incredible talent across our industry in a truly unique way.
